Our catering menus

We offer a choice of menus including cold buffets, cold buffets with hot enhancements, wedding buffets (hot and cold) and children’s parties. You can choose from a selection of standard menus listed below (click to open and/or download) or we can work with you to provide menus specific to your own requirements. Celebration of Life Buffet, accompanied by cakes & scones £400.00 up to 50 people / £600 up to 100 people

At Cullens Catering, we understand there is enough to be thinking about without trying to work out how many people will be attending your loved ones ‘Celebration of life’, We have therefore tailored a straightforward option of a fixed price menu.

Don’t worry if a handful of extra people turn up, we will ensure we have enough food available to cater for all your guest.

We also think at this difficult time a ‘Sugar Boost’ is a welcome addition, so we have included a selection of cakes/scones served with clotted cream & jam for you to enjoy.

The following is an example of our standard menu:

  • Selection of freshly made sandwiches (cheese & cucumber, tuna mayo, ham & tomato, egg mayo)
  • Sausage rolls
  • Cheese & onion rolls
  • Breaded chicken fillets
  • Mozzarella breaded bites
  • Hot Sausages
  • Hot Roast potatoes
  • Dips to include (sweet chilli, mint, BBQ, garlic mayo)
  • And of course, the bar will be open for refreshments as required

Hook n Cook Charcoal BBQ Event Catering Prices starting from £17.50 / head

A selection of meats from:

  • Succulent pork Sausages (vegetarian available)
  • British beef burgers (vegetarian available)
  • Crisp Belly pork
  • Bratwurst
  • Stuffed peppers (V)

Sides to include:

  • Plain or Brioche buns
  • Cheese
  • Fried onions
  • Our Fresh Salad Bar
  • Selection of Sauces

Hot Food Options Starting from £10.00 / head (min of 20 ppl)

  • Medium or hot beef chilli (Vegetarian options available) served with Nachos and Grated cheese.

Chicken, Beef, Vegetable Curry:

  • Served with Rice, Poppadum, mango, and Raita
  • Range of Homemade Pies
  • Homemade Lasagne
  • Baked potato Station with a range of toppings
