All customers on our premises have access to our business WiFi system. This service is free and no password is required.
Our lounge is equipped with a large screen TV and sports fans can keep up to date with coverage from Sky Sports and BT Sports.

Vivary Golf Club (or “Taunton’s Hidden Gem” as we prefer to call it) is located in attractive surroundings adjoining Taunton’s Vivary Park. It is accessible by road (parking in Fons George car park with a hard surface, wheel chair friendly, pathway to the club) or by foot directly from Vivary Park. We are open to the general public as well as to members of our golfing fraternity from 8am until 8.30pm in the summer or until 4pm (or thereabouts) in the winter.

Our main lounge provides a comfortable place to meet friends, to discuss the day’s golfing achievements (or the World in general!), to enjoy a snack or a meal, or just to relax with a soft drink or, perhaps, something a little stronger from our fully equipped bar.

Our modern, well equipped kitchen caters for most tastes and all food is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises using locally sourced produce. Check out our club house menu below for what’s available. We have additional supporting facilities including cloakroom, changing room, toilets and a separate back bar (an alternative to the main lounge on those occasions when the lounge is in use for private functions)

We endeavour to make your visit to us as enjoyable and pleasant as possible and welcome your feedback.

We are pleased to offer our Chester Bar as a more compact and discreet meeting room for business, clubs, societies, families and friends. Equipped with its own service access for drinks and refreshments, the room can be hired for half and full days. Our venue offers excellent facilities including business WiFi and can be hired for shared or exclusive use.

We provide tea/coffee and light refreshments as required together with breakfast and/or lunch for longer sessions. Of course, if you only require a breakfast or lunch meeting, we will be pleased to oblige.

Working in conjunction with Greenwich Leisure, we offer special team building facilities where participants can learn to improve their golfing skills and/or be exposed to various challenges including Vivary Adventure and High Ropes Center.
